Osama bin Laden - Mastermind of September 11th

On September 11, 2001, al-Qaeda terrorists, led by Osama bin Laden, orchestrated coordinated attacks against the United States. Hijackers took control of four planes, crashing two into the World Trade Center towers in New York City, one into the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, and another into a field in Pennsylvania. The attacks resulted in the deaths of nearly 3,000 people and triggered significant global security changes, including the initiation of the War on Terror.
