TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Access to all DarkHarbour contents are granted to subscribers and Pay-Per-View streamers on the condition that the copyright of each content will be respected and preserved. They will not be copied or subjected to unauthorised usage, distribution, or exhibition.
2. Some contents are available for a limited amount of time only and may be withdrawn from exposition after their duration of exhibition.
3. Subscribers and other users must understand that services may be disrupted due to technical hitches. Where this or other causes beyond our immediate control occur, our team will do all in their powers to ensure the earliest restoration of services and exhibitions. We will not be liable for refunds in part or in full.
4. Payments are nonrefundable.
5. Payments in Naira are applicable to users of our services located in Nigeria only. Our USA Dollar payment portal is open for all other users within and outside Africa.
6. Please note that payments through bank transfers are to be accompanied by uploaded receipts to activate service.
7. These terms and conditions are subject to review from time to time.
